Old Broadway

The project at Old Broadway was in two parts and by two different architects/designers. The first, a large rear extension that opened up the ground floor into the garden and the second was the complete reconfiguring and fit out designed by an independent interior designer. Halecrest also carried out a complete re-roof and replacement of all the windows from single to double glazed as well as rewire and central heating.

 

The interior included the creation of 3 new bathrooms, the supply and installation of a Mittel kitchen and the renovation of many original features.
