Hawthorn

Hawthorn was challenging project. A terraced house in Hale, it provided both spacial and access issues. However the project was one of great interest due to its level of detail and required level of perfection in such a small footprint.

 

The house had been lived in by the same tenant for over 60 years and when it was purchased by our clients it required major works to just bring it to present day standards. The design of the project was a reversal of the traditional layout, bought the kitchen to the front, a small single story extension to the rear with one of the most interesting aspects to this project being the landscaping of the rear garden.

 

The design called for a very high end kitchen with very exacting dimensions and Halecrest were asked to work work closely with the designer to provide a Mittel kitchen to complete the designers vision.
